Detailed Trip

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to Arusha

Arrival in Tanzania using Kilimanjaro international airport where you will be welcomed by your safari driver guide, then will transfer to Arusha city. In case you have time you will embark on a short city walk visiting some of the interesting destinations in Arusha city such as Uhuru Torch monument, Shanga Foundation, and many more. Safari In the evening you will check into your hotel, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Visit Arusha National Park

This morning head for a visit to Arusha National Park for a walking tour, the walking tour is done alongside an armed while walking through the savannah plains of the park. Walking using various trails will be able to enjoy watching a variety of animals such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, hippos, Kirk’s dik-dik, blue monkeys and many more. Lunch will be a picnic-style set at Jikukumia waterfalls where you will enjoy both the delicious meals and the splendid views of the falls.  After lunch, you will go for a game drive watching more animals and in the evening you will return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Tarangire National Park

The third day will checkout and embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park the 4th largest and one of the most diverse National Parks in Tanzania. When you arrive in Tarangire national park drive to your lodge for check-in, have lunch and go for an afternoon game drive on which you will enjoy watching a number of animals such as elephants, buffaloes, zebras, jackals, hyenas, warthogs, cheetahs and many more which you will enjoy watching drinking waters on the banks of Tarangire River. After the experience, you will return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 4: Tarangire National Park

This morning explore the beauty of Tarangire National Park for a full day game drives with your packed lunch. On this kind of a game drive will have an opportunity to enjoy the magnificent sunrise and watch many animals such as elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, jackals and many more. At lunch, you will picnic lunch set along Tarangire River banks and later go for another game drive visiting other regions of the park watching more other areas. After the experience, you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park

This morning, check out for a drive heading to Lake Manyara National Park one of the smallest parks in Tanzania. Refresh with a lunch at your arrival in the park, and consider an afternoon game drive, you will have an opportunity to drive through the savannah plains of the park watching a number of animals such as zebras, tree-climbing lions, bushbucks,  dik-dik, and visit Lake Manyara where you will enjoy sights of the large concentration of flamingoes. After the experience, you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 6: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

This morning do the en-route Lake Manyara National Park game drive as you while leaving to drive to Serengeti National Park the most popular wildlife safari destination in Tanzania. You will arrive in Serengeti in time for lunch which you will have after checking into your lodge, then go for an afternoon game drive watching a number of animals such as wildebeests, cheetahs, lions, zebras, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, cheetahs, giraffes and many more. In the evening you will have dinner and stay overnight at your lodge.

Day 7: Explore the Serengeti plains

This is an early morning drive of 06:00am for an early game viewing where you shall enjoy a magnificent sunrise, while watch as many animals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles and many more. After the morning game drive, you will return to your lodge for late breakfast and rest for a while as you wait for lunch, in the afternoon you will return to the park for another game drive watching more animals. After the experience, you will return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 8: Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

Aboard for a transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area the host of the world’s largest intact caldera the Ngorongoro crater. Along your drive, en-route at Olduvai Gorge to witness the incredible findings of Drs Louis and Mary Leakey. With lunch en-route, reaching at the conservation area will, at the afternoon you will go for a game drive at the crater watching large numbers of lions, elephants, cheetahs, and many more. In the evening you will return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 9: Explore the Ngorongoro Crater floor

Alongside the packed lunch, it’s a day to drive the Ngorongoro crater floor for a full day on the morning and afternoon game drive with picnic lunch. On the game drive, you will have an opportunity to explore the crater floor and enjoy a number of animals such as lions, leopards, elephants, African buffaloes, black rhinos, zebras, gazelles, elands, wildebeests, and many more. At lunch, you will have a picnic lunch set at one of the picnic sites on the crater floor. In the evening you will go for another game drive and in the evening you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 10: Transfer back to Arusha for a drop-off

The last of the safari, you will have breakfast, check out of your lodge and embark on a journey back to Arusha where you will be dropped off either at your hotel or at the airport for your departure flight back home.
