My wife and i have just returned from a beautiful 2500 km ride from Queen Elizabeth park to Murchison Falls, Kidepo and Moroto down through Jinjia and then Entebbe. The excellent Toyota Prada 4x4 and the continuous assistance of the company allowed us to make a wonderful trip. The car has never given us any problems. We had the most wonderful experience in Uganda. It was a trip of a lifetime and Kenny from Drive East Africa made our experience so easy. His communication before the trip was amazing, always very quick to respond to any questions I had about the Gorilla / Chimpanzee trekking passes (which he also organized for us). The car was a Land Cruiser and it was very reliable on our 2500km+ journey, and camping inside the roof tent was comfortable with the additional bedding that was provided. I would recommend Drive East Africa in a heartbeat to anyone who was planning a trip to Uganda. Thank you for making our experience so unforgettable!

Curiously, I was able to hire a self drive Land cruiser from this company. I'm happy that it all ended well. Good customer care, they don't put you on pressure and their cars are well maintained with AC. If you want car hire, look no further. It's a good company I recommend it.
