Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival

Arrival at the Julius Nyerere International Airport, you shall transfer to your hotel of stay depending on your time of arrival. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Arusha Tour

Breakfast, thereafter, you shall take a tour in Arusha visiting the market and enjoy a cultural tour getting to learn about the different Tanzania cultures and way of life. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge as above.

Day 3: Olpopongi Maasai Cultural Tour

Breakfast at the lodge, drive for a cultural tour in Moshi to enjoy a Maasai cultural experience, and here you will engage in dances and learn about the Maasai tribe. Get to also experience activities like cooking and others, then will return to your lodge and relax in Arusha.

Day 4: Transfer to Lake Natron

After breakfast, shall drive to Lake Natron to engage in a walk to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding areas. After visiting Lake Natron, your guide will drive you to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Africa Safari Lake Natron.

Day 5: Empaaki Crater and Maasai Bomas

After Breakfast, you shall drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and visit the Empakai Crater and the Maasai Bomas, have your packed lunch. And at the end of the visit shall drie to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Karatu Tented Lodge.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Drive

Breakfast, transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area and descend into the crater and you will visit Lake Magadi which is found in the center of the crater, you have to watch various wildlife species such as elephants, rhinos, buffalos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras and flamingos at the shores of Lake Magadi. Dinner and overnight at Karatu Tented Lodge.

Day 7: Transfer Serengeti national park

Have breakfast, and drive to Serengeti national park where you will engage in a game drive and search for wildlife species like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, giraffes, elands, gazelles, impalas, zebras, wildebeests and many others.

Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp.

Day 8&9: Full day in Serengeti national park

These 2 day will be enjoying the animal variety at Serengeti national park on several game drives and nature walks. You will also enjoy seeing a variety of wildlife species which are very active during the morning and can be seen grazing around the national park. Will engage in game drive and enjoy looking out for wildlife species grazing in the open savannah of Serengeti national park like elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, buffalos, elands, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos among others.

Day 10: Transfer to Lake Eyasi

Breakfast at your lodge and ahead to Lake Eyasi through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Reach later in the evening, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Twiga Lodge.

Day 11: Hadzabe and Datoga Tribe Experience

Breakfast, then will head to an experience of hunting, honey collecting, old-age fire making and so much more with the indigenous Datoga and Hadzabe tribes. Get to fetch water, and also make your lunch with them, which you can enjoy if you will.

Dinner and an overnight at Twiga Lodge

Day 12&13: Lake Manyara National Park Game Drive and Walking Safari

Spend day 12 and 13, shall explore the hidden gem of Lake Manyara National park, with game drives looking out for various wild game including the famous tree climbing lions. You will also get to experience a guided walking safari for an opportunity to come up close with nature and wild game. Dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 14: Departure

After having breakfast and checking out of the lodge, your guide will drive you to Arusha and drop you off at the airport or your hotel in Arusha which will mark the end of your Tanzania safari.
